helpful staff top notch food very nice grounds limited selection outdoor access broken showers
The staff proved to be really good. i found them polite and helpful . the food stood out as top notch. our meals were prepared with care. the building and its grounds were also very nice. The moat added to the historical feel.
there were not enough vegan options available during breakfast. i was disappointed by the limited selection offered. the outdoor access to the gym was inconvenient. i had to walk outside to reach these facilities. the showers in the main building were not working. this made showering after using the pool difficult.

i really loved the large bed and the excellent bathroom facilities it was super nice the staff were professional and friendly i noticed the hotel grounds were amazing too i enjoyed the great selection on the room service menu and the many options for walks.

i found the health club well equipped the gardens were beautiful and provided great walking opportunities i could bring my dog without any issues the atmosphere around the grounds was magical creating a very romantic vibe.

excellent sports facilities attentive staff historic surroundings relaxing atmosphere
the hotel offered amazing sports facilities like a swimming pool a gym a sauna a hot tub and a steam room all were maintained in excellent condition the dining experience stood out both during breakfast and the evening meal i found the staff very attentive and helpful throughout my stay the historic surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere
the pillows in the room were not great i also found it difficult to do my makeup in the bathroom because of the distance between the sink and the mirror plus the lighting could be better

the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. the room was super clean and presented nicely. the breakfast and bar and lounge food was superb, so delicious!
the showers in the main building were not working. i had to walk back to shower after using the pool, applying a little frustration. the jacuzzi water wasn't warm enough, a small disappointment.

The evening meal lacked appeal. My dish arrived barely warm. I found limited options at breakfast. Service was slow. The bar area became quite noisy later at night. Disruptive to guests trying to relax. I hoped for a more peaceful stay. This was not it.

The building had beautiful artwork. I was impressed! the dawn bedroom was spacious, with a four-poster bed and high ceilings. the restaurant offered a delicious sunday roast, i liked it. kids and adults received generous portions and delicious cheesecake.
For the vegetarian breakfast, there were only two options, and we ordered at the table. I was not happy. the staff took too long to take our order, and the breakfast took ages to arrive. the portion was tiny, just a small piece of toast with avocado and two mini poached eggs. the buffet barely qualified as one, with just a few pieces of fruit, croissants, and cereal packets, i was let down.
